ACHIEVEMENT HELP PLEASEEE

Hi, so ive been trying to get the achievement for having all the items in the game, however i have come across a problem. i have filled out all of the characters report cards but i have not received any of their gifts. im not sure why this is happening. please help!!!

To get a character's present, you have to reach their School Mode ending.

Oh, you can fill out the report cards at any time. But to reach the school mode ending, you also have to build the character's affection value to maximum by spending trip tickets on them.
