Can't start game

I just downloaded and installed the game. When I start it freezes on Unreal Engine screen and the load dots stll moves but noting happens.

Disable this console tutorial and apply an PC one pls. Also how to change server to EU? Somehow i am playing on us now with 140 ping =\ Overall, very nice game)

have the developers tried doing promotions to increase their player base?

i feel that this will help as the only real complaints thats been repeating is that there arent enough players. the gameplay and graphics seem to be fine.
