You probably have multiple accounts on websites or with companies that I can guaruntee have less cyber security than Bethesda's servers do. Your information is out there already, it's not shady for a company to want to track who/where/why someone buys their product. That is how they get to know the consumer base and stay profitable; and also part of the reason they can keep hauling out these AAA open world games we love so much year after year.
