Its not dirty tricks.... It's just business. And if you want to play their AAA games then you will create an account.
You probably have multiple accounts on websites or with companies that I can guaruntee have less cyber security than Bethesda's servers do. Your information is out there already, it's not shady for a company to want to track who/where/why someone buys their product. That is how they get to know the consumer base and stay profitable; and also part of the reason they can keep hauling out these AAA open world games we love so much year after year.
