My save vanished

Loaded the game to play and my save was gone. I couldn't continue and had to start again. Is this a regular thing. Because I'm going to remove the game from my library if it is. I'm not starting this game a third time, no way. I didn't do anything to my computer between playing it last and now. Steam might have updated though. Nothing else....

Game not starting

I've read JoWannes post, and tried the solution in there, (LOG enabled, posted log - changed driver from 0 to 1) Updated all vid, directx, drivers.
