knight online phone authentication problem
hi, i got problem with the phone authentication i chooce my country number + my phone number and press ''CHECK PHONE NUMBER'' and nothing happens have anyone else had this problem? i have searched everywhere please help!

did you enter the correct country code? what country are you in? what was the number you tried? I provided you with that guide because you gave me nothing to really troubleshoot your issue with.

If you require further support you can open a ticket with out support staff on the support page. They see this issue more oftne and may be able to better assist you.
im from sweden and my country code is +46 and i put phone number 70054XXXX. full number in sweden is 070054XXXX

yea yea contact support team !!!! I am waiting for 2 weeks still your "support team" can not solve anything. I even send them a video about it...

have u yet tried to do it on another computer maybe? i will try it today
hey i'm having the same problem. i'm putting in all the correct stuff and calling the correct number and in the uk the phone number doesnt work. tried on two different computers and stuff but nothing.

anyone got any ideas? if so i'm in need of help ! already raised tickets about it but nothing
@johnny, the number may not behave as you expect when you call it, I would give it a minute then check the other window and see if the step advances.
HolyJoe i have sent a ticket to ntt but they dont even answer... dont matter if i wait a minute i dont even gets a number to call still on first step!
