FOR GUYS WHO HAVE LOW FPS（给游玩时低帧数玩家）

If your game's fps is lower than 30.You need to install your game at your STEAM application's location.For example, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common
Any other location may cause your game lots of problems.
如果你的游戏帧数很低，你需要将你的游戏安装在steam软件安装的位置，我steam安装在C盘我的位置就是C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common。一般这样你的帧数就正常了。

That's where mine is installed on my main OS drive and I have 30 FPS but this is supposed to be 60 now with build 2765014.

How do I get 60 FPS?

Maybe I will try the panel in 60hz mode

Thank you so much! I were starting to worry that I weren't going to get this game to run on my new gaming PC at all. Moving it to the C drive and setting compatibility to Win7 did the trick.
