G920 not working, help?
My wheel works fine for the Foraz 7 Demo but Cars2 does not react at all to the wheel inputs. The digital manual for the game is still locked so don't know if there is something else I need to do to get the wheel recognized. Any tips / suggestions? Thanks!

- unplug your usb device
- switch the power on and off
- reconnect the usb to the pc
- let the wheel spin
- launch logitech software
- it should spin once more
- restart your game
- done

i go through the same procedure when using my g920

found the issue - steam controller setting - enabling generic controller was checked and apparently got in the way of the wheel communicating to the game. FYI in case anyone else comes across this issue.

Are you using a G29? Do you have the Logitech software installed?

If yes to both of those, try this...

Start with:

Look at Steam -> Settings-> Controller -> General Controller Settings

Untick all the options

Next:

Delete the control settings file in your folder:

Documents\Project CARS 2\savegame\<SteamID>\project cars 2\profiles\default.controllersettings.v103.sav

where SteamID is your Steam ID (just in case you have more than one Steam ID on that machine). After that, start back up Project CARS 2 and see if it detects your G29.
