I think we're kind of unclear here what you want to DO in this manner? Take screenshots? That's what tfc is for. If you want to be ACTIVE while this is going, just hit your third/first person toggle key and go wild?

I've never had any trouble panning using my mouse or keyboard, so this really ... seems like it's a problem on the hardware you're using and whether it's bound correctly.

You didnt read my post correctly. I was very clear in what i asked.

If i wanted this for screenshots,i would have mentioned screenshots. At the end of post i asked people to read again if unsure. Your telling me your still unsure as to what i wanted?

I want to be able to move the mouse and look around while my weapon is drawn, the same way you can when your weapon is holstered. Is there a mod for that?

No,this doesnt address the issue what so ever, this is just a camera mod i can do the same and have done with ini tweaks.

Im looking for a way to have a free camera with my gun out WITHOUT pressing vanity button.

In 3rd person,with a weapon drawn,where you look(without aiming also) is where the camera faces.
I want something similar to vanity cam but WITHOUT holding V or select button. As in move around the world with weapon out and able to walk forward while panning cam in any direction. Checking INI commands didnt bring any positive tweaks.

It seems this feature cant be tweaked in but i thought id ask here.

Are you something like Arma with there free look, when you hold (ALT) you can look around with just your head, without moving your body?

guessing something like New Vegas third person camera?

This isn't a 'twin-stick' game. Its one of the rare PC conventions BGS still uses. Mouselook - you look where your camera looks.
