Why is there the tag "Phycological horror" ?!

no update still on level 141.. I want to continue the game badly to achieve all the achievements but no update still

I just Finished this game LET THE CAT in recently, and I find I Need ONE MORE ACHIEVEMENT. The achievement Says 150 LOCATIONS with 3 STARS in Each. I have 140 levels + 3 Bonus levels completed. The Following Levels are found with a Padlock and it Says SOON MORE LOCATIONS. My Question is: When will the New Locations appear to Complete this GAME at 100%? Thanks for Reading.
