In case the dev/publisher reads this, game lists card drops and shows art for a badge, but card drops are not working (or not enabled). Can you fix this, please?

Hello! I have 4 of all other cards, but when I want to purchase the "Freak" card it won't let me. It's loading forever and nothing happens. Today someone new wanted to sell his card and I was able to buy it, but the other 10 which are listed are not buyable! Is there a way to fix it?
