The story follows a young physical therapist, as he takes a house job to treat a daughter of a wealthy man. Your patient is a young college student named Charlotte, who suffered an accident some months ago and still hasn't fully recovered. Her father, Jack is willing to spare no expense to help his daughter after noticeably being away from his family all the time, at his cult-like church. Things however aren't going to be that simple for our protagonist, as Jack's wife Nicole, will take any chance she can get to seduce you. That is just the start of your troubles, as Hazel, Nicole's daughter and Charlotte's stepsister, will do anything she can to get you thrown out and lose your job.
Once your days of therapy with Charlotte begin, you get to meet her best friend and neighbor; Lisa Roshe. That's right, the only character with a last name in the game! Lisa has taken a chastity vow, but will it hold against your charms? What about your ex-girlfriend that decides to drop by?
Let's just say that your job will not be a simple one. Get to know the family, navigate the complicated relationships, learn about the cult, and try to resist temptation! Or don't and see where this journey takes you. After all, the choices you make shape the story and the ending you write for yourself and the love interests.

The gameplay follows the standard formula for a Ren'py adult visual novel. Choice driven from start to finish. As the story unfolds, you as the main character get to decide what sort of actions to take, which characters to interact with, and how to answer questions or problems before you. This opens up many different directions the story can take, including but not limited to; different love interests routes, seeing certain scenes with the main girls, or with supporting characters and much more. Now something interesting that appears towards the end game is an option to: "type your response on your keyboard". I've tried a few words and phrases, but haven't figured out what to do there. Even if you just click enter to continue, nothing really happens. Likely some sort of hidden content.
Often the choices you make with the ladies will lead you to their NSFW scenes, sometimes the options hint at it, other times they do not. So experiment and try all possible routes. If you're following the flow of the story it shouldn't be too hard to tell where the choice leads. While on the topic of the sexual content, for a game that came out 3 years ago on patreon, the character renders are amazing, especially Charlotte, absolutely gorgeous. The animations are plenty and quite well done, however they are rather simple, and sometimes the transitions aren't that great, overall however I was pleased with their quality, and quantity. Those who quite often ask, will be pleased to hear that there is content for everyone; gaping ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, anal, blowjobs and handjobs, and more! Fetishes aside, the game shows a lot of love and intimacy, through the gentle embrace of the characters, their kissing and sensual contact.

The conclusion I've come to regarding Nursing Back to Pleasure is: a must have! If you are not familiar with this developer, last year he released; Erotica, another visual novel, a hidden gem really.
This time Daniels K. brings us another completed game, with a ton of replayability. Many choices, some simple, others not so much. With a great cast of characters, who go through stages of development and change that you notice throughout the game. Clearly a lot of effort was put into the character renders, and even more so into the game's vibrant backgrounds. The trees, the grass, the flowers, everything in the environment feels alive, full of color and life. Something you don't see these days anymore. To top it off, the game offers a variety of music that varies from scene to scene, hand picked and perfect for the mood at the time.
This title is similar to games like; Denos City and The Assistant. However it offers a lot more in terms of sexual content, world building, character development, music, sound effects and moans during NSFW scenes. Overall I am quite pleased with the game. Just under 18 hours and I have seen only a small fraction of what it offers.
Not having a gallery is not great, and no achievements might make people hesitant. If you are on the market for a good story, with lots of NSFW content, and many routes and endings, look no further! This is a great buy!
