When I click on play, the border of my icon gets green for two seconds, but the game doesn't launch. I have all the requirements for the game, I am on Windows 10. Could someone help me please ? :) ( I only have Overture.exe in my Overture file )

I'm running a constant 41-42 FPS... I don't know how to say it, but that is not right. I can run VR gaming just fine, not to mention multiple games on Ultra at 144FPS V-Synced, so I don't know what the hell is happening here.

So a weird link poped up saying i unlocked a secret so i clicked on it and it didn't look like a normal website should i be worried?
