Hi Gravediggers! 🧟‍♂️

This update brings new weather effects to enhance the atmosphere, plus a brand new Zombie Waves modifier for those who want a completely different gameplay experience!

Here’s everything new in this update:

• Clear – Classic & sunny skies with a bright atmosphere

• Foggy – Low visibility for an eerie graveyard feel

• Heavy Rain – Stormy downpours to set the scene

• Added a Zombie Waves toggle in Game Modifiers that lets you completely disable night zombie waves.

• This means you can now play from start to finish without encountering zombies at all!

⚠ Important Note: This is an experimental setting and goes against the game’s intended balance. With no zombie waves, you won’t lose graves and progression will be much easier. Defense costs will also be completely removed since you don't need them.

• Souvenir Shop visual redesign now has a more store-like appearance with new glass walls, sliding door, tile, lamps!

• Added spending and winnings limits to Blackjack

• Removed the reward for running out of money in Blackjack

• Fixed several logic issues in Blackjack

• Fixed an exploit where quitting mid-game avoided losing money

• Employees are now listed under their work area instead of just by job type

• Increased hiring limit of Gravekeepers and Technicians from 2 to 4 in total

• Removed zombie entrances unlocked with Graveyard Expansion 2 to allow for a more balanced defense layout

• Fixed an issue where starting a new game didn’t trigger the tutorial in rare occasions

• Updated Delivery Guy appearance (new Outfit and Hat)

• Fixed an issue where leaving the Custom Urn Station mid-filling could cause errors

• Fixed a issue where Delivery Only urns didn’t complete the "Urn Ready" task after successful delivery

The new languages planned for Phase 1 have now been moved to the Phase 2 major update due to localization work in the upcoming update. This is where we need your help!

We’ve prepared a list of potential languages based on player demand and community size, but we can’t add them all at once.

This update is part of our ongoing work to complete Phase 1 of the roadmap and bringing key new features, cremation upgrades, and the first community-voted weapon!

Here’s what’s new:

• 5 new Urn variations added

• Bodies may now request Specific Urn Types as special requests

• Use the Custom Urn Station to transfer ashes into the correct urn to fulfill these requests

• Higher-quality urns = higher payouts!

• Some urns are now marked as Delivery Only

• Use the Delivery Station to pack ashes and place them in delivery boxes

• A courier will arrive at scheduled times to pick up the packages

• Delivery orders provide even greater money!

• A new upgrade panel for the Crematorium has been added (Old one was re-labeled as Furnaces)

• Unlock and improve the new Custom Urn and Delivery systems through this panel

You can now reach level 9 and unlock new items, station upgrades, and more customization as you grow your graveyard empire!

• Take a break and play Blackjack using in-game money

• Play it safe or go all in, the graveyard economy just got riskier!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve hosted a series of community polls on Discord to decide which weapons should be added to the game next. Hundreds of players voted, and the first winner is finally here!

A powerful light machine gun with a high fire rate and large magazine and perfect for mowing down hordes of zombies during late-night waves.

But that’s just the beginning!

This is the first of five new weapons selected by our community. Here’s the full lineup coming in future updates:

• P90 SMG – Compact, fast, and ideal for close quarters

• Desert Eagle – Heavy pistol with serious stopping power

• Axe – Our first melee weapon for up-close action

• Type 20 Rifle – Reliable, balanced long-range option

• Urns now display cause of death and additional info

• DLSS and FSR can no longer be enabled at the same time (fixed related bugs)

• Fixed zombie difficulty not updating properly when switching Relaxed Mode

• Fixed bug where dragging urns too quickly could cause them to become invisible

• Fixed an issue where the cremation progress bar could get stuck at 99%

• Fixed crematorium effects not appearing after certain save/load scenarios

• Fixed occasional sound overlap when multiple actions triggered at once

• Fixed UI scale issue when opening Management App on ultra-wide monitors
