New card types and bonuses! Plus a lot of other goodies in this larger than normal update.

Rank bonus has been upgraded to give more points and in a different manner
Steel cards have been upgraded to give more points and in a different manner
Chaos Essence has been upgraded to be more positive and useful
Ruby Bonus Enhancer perk has been removed and replaced with Rank Bonus Enhancer perk
Obdisian card enhancement type has been added
Camouflage card enhancement type has been added
Shufflate card bonus has been added
Perilux card bonus has been added
Added new potion: The Painkiller
Added new potion: Crib Stash Smash
Added a handful of new Brute and Elite challenges to keep everyone on their toes
Added 2 new Steam Achievements, one hidden and one public
Stats now properly captured when a game NaN's out
Shop now turns prices tags RED when you can't afford something
Crib cards now apply their effect after Lyrebird applies it's effect
Fixed issue with Best Medicine only giving its bonus when a potion is drank
Fixed an issue that was causing Crib Cards to trigger in the main hand as well

Highest round won

In the menu where you pick your deck I noticed it says: Highest round won: 4.1 This was not correct because I lost on 4.1, highest won was 3.3.

Build 0.9.53 PATCH NOTES

Ludicrous Speed counting is now in place (for long running hand counts that take hours to count)
Keyboard text entry for run seed no longer keeps resetting cursor back to beginning
Deck quick peek had hearts and spades flipped. Fixed now
6's and A's challenge was not blocking Aces, it does now
Controller drift no longer flips UI into controller mode. You must press a button now
Reveal perk is remembered now and doesn't reset
Cribbin' It deck no longer crashes after counting the first hand
You can now reset your all time best hand scores (Best Main, Crib and Full hands)
Fixed a memory leak that was causing really long counting hands to crash
Potion of Haste no longer auto-starts the counting process, it just reduces cards required to be sent to crib to 0
Convert all hands into draws challenge no longer shows up when playing The Stud deck

Noticed when game crashes

So the game sometimes crashes back to steam with no error window. I noticed that whenever I played a game, went back to menu and the click on collections the game most of the time crashes back to steam. Hope this helps or might this be a local problem?

Lifetime stats

One that really should be added: Highest reached tier (e.g: 7-2 or 5-1) Really, really smooth and silk game. I'm on my second run and up to 7-1 so far.

Multiplier emeralds still not ok after update

So when I play a hand with only one emerald it gives +2 mult, that's ok. But when I play a hand with more emeralds the first emerald gives +2, the second +1 and the third +1. Second and more should also give +2

EDIT: And when an emerald is in the crib it gives the crib +1 mult to crib hand. It only should give +2 to sets made from crib....

Early Access Review

This is a fantastic option for fans of Cribbage, Balatro, or anything similar really. The game runs smoothly (bonus, it runs native on Linux), and has tons of options for how you want your deck of cards to appear. If you want alternate art options they're here.

The combo-building and desire to go infinite is really fleshed out here. The developer understands what makes this type of game tick and it shows immediately.

Support independent developers and buy this game! A no-brainer purchase.
