However, I have a question that I have been unable to answer. Since the game is in English, I am unable to find the key to the solution. My question is: how and where can I find the key to the lock on the street?...

I only see a white screen with some light shadows in the background in the beginning of the demo. I can hear a phone ring. The list of controls is on the left side of the screen, and I can hear myself walk if I press WASD. Any thoughts?

This may be a bug or maybe I just don't know what to do. I took pictures of all available evidence (got the achievement for that), then talked to everyone in the bar about everything, including the evidence until there was nothing more to talk about. Then I went back to the office. Sharon called and told me that the cop took her receipt. I explored the alley again, but there was nothing, so I again I talked to everyone in the bar about all topic and evidence, but nothing happened. Went back to the office, ...

I think I have the number but, when I interact with the padlock I can't do anything. My mouse pointer disappears and nothing else seems to work. Anyone know what to do?

This is the only achievement I wasn't able to unlock. Anybody managed to obtain this? I have found 4 pieces of evidence outside in the alley (and, naturally, the lighter, too, but that is required as part of the tutorial at the beginning). I am wondering if this is a bug since with what I have found I can easily unlock both endings with. Please let me know if you found more such items....
