Played for hours and managed to achieve nothing. This is perhaps the worst game ive ever played.

After 7.3 hours of play, I've finally got a stable hospital going and I think I know what I'm doing. There is a learning curve to this game and I think if you go in hard for quick gratification, you will get frustrated and lose. You have to build a proper hospital, get stable funding and personnel, and build up your character. I've enjoyed the game so far, so I gave it a thumbs up. Is it perfect? Nope. I think it needs a couple things to become really fun.

First off, I'd like some female patients that come into the hospital. They can be their for certain needs just like the men do. Plus, it'd be fun to walk in on a doctor or nurse getting it on with one of them. It adds some spicy fun while you build up your hospital.
2nd, i'd like there to be a popup that shows some of the characters traits when you are in the "rest area" screen. It's hard to know which character is which and what their stats are when you go to put them in a room. Instead you have to go to the personnel button at the top and then click on the characters details. It's slow and cumbersome.
3rd, I wish the main character moved better. It's awkward with the mouse, which I prefer over wsad. Plus walking everywhere is a pain especially once your hospital gets bigger. Yes, there are the bubbles that shoot you from one end to the other, but what about if I want to get into the middle of that and suddenly there's a "Handling situation" that you need to run all the way back to your office for. Really, I wish there was a way to get around a little easier. Maybe using the # keys for certain rooms. 1 is for the your office. 2 is for the toilet. 3 for the r&d lab.

And lastly, while the game explains the basics of how to play, I think it needs better instruction, because there is so much to learn. My first game was a right off since I didn't know how the character skill screen worked and I bankrupted myself. Maybe I'm dumb, haha.

Otherwise, I'm really enjoying this game and can't wait to see where it goes. Especially if we get women patients!
