Fixed some issues regarding audio and the throwing system that crashed the app

This should fix all issues related to audio which prevented PNGify.me from starting.

Adds a menu that allows you to add any image to the throwing system

All changes:

• fix: extension of images are no longer case sensitive (couldn't load .IMG files but could load .img files)
  
• splash screen that immediately shows instead of loading forever
  
• limit how often an object can collide in throwing system
  
• use local images

This updates adds a layer that allows you to add a drawing tablet in front of your model and a pen that tracks your mouse.
Also there are custom triggers for tits now, like redeems, hotkeys, etc.

Full changelog:

• drawing tablet layer with default tablet to use (you can bring your own) -> this does support gifs
  
• throwing system has the same triggers as layers now for custom triggers (subs, redeems, bits, hotkeys
  
• updated some translations and added new ones
  
• fix: pause render whilst applying settings, this caused a crash sometimes

I did translate the app into a couple of languages which seemed to be the most used ones.
These are all machine translations, so they can be rather... meh.

• fix: better logs, should now also log startup crashes to help with debugging especially on non windows

After a while of working on it, it's finally ready to be used (although there are still some improvements needed here and there)

Overview of changes:

• you can now use multiple sprites to build your pngtuber, this makes it so you can do far more advanced models
  
• models can be migrated from PNGTuber Plus
  
• new layers like for example the "TextRenderer" which turns your png into text

As this update has been a major overhaul of the entire program, it will mess with your save data, you'll likely have to set some stuff up from anew.

Introducing:
Sprite based pngtuber setup.

If you PNG is more than just a mouth open/mouth closed image, this might be for you.

You can put together your sprites to create a Pngtuber which has way more movement to it.


Also if you are on PNGTuber+ you can import your model from there directly.


This will go to live after around a week or two, there are still many things to improve but the basics are there.
Also need to get some show off models :)

I'm working on a new update which will introduce an alternative system for pngs, a sprite based one like pngtuber plus has.

I'm trying not to break the current functionality to much, the goal is to have two different modes:
1. simple png setup
2. sprite based setup
