This updates adds a layer that allows you to add a drawing tablet in front of your model and a pen that tracks your mouse.
Also there are custom triggers for tits now, like redeems, hotkeys, etc.

Full changelog:

• drawing tablet layer with default tablet to use (you can bring your own) -> this does support gifs
  
• throwing system has the same triggers as layers now for custom triggers (subs, redeems, bits, hotkeys
  
• updated some translations and added new ones
  
• fix: pause render whilst applying settings, this caused a crash sometimes

I did translate the app into a couple of languages which seemed to be the most used ones.
These are all machine translations, so they can be rather... meh.
