• Windows and Linux support, including Steam Deck.*
• Improved gamepad support.
• Better balancing and additional tweaks.

We’ve always wanted to make the game accessible to everyone, so instead of pricing it high, we’ve decided to offer optional DLCs. These won’t take anything away from the core experience, and every major piece of content we’ve prepared, like the second campaign, is already included in the full game at no extra cost! Instead, if you’d like to support us, we’ve created some optional goodies:


The first DLC, Tales from the Shadows, will feature a short novel (20k+ words) and three short stories, all set in the game’s universe. The short novel focuses entirely on The Wreckage.

With the game’s premiere coming up next Monday, so just one week away, we wanted to give you a summary of what to expect from the final version. Here's a rundown of the most important features and content you'll find in Songs of Rats at launch:

Since it's an indie project, we didn't want to price it high, so we thought it might be a better idea to offer optional DLCs. That way, if someone loves the game, they can buy additional events, scenarios, and more. But then we felt that it wouldn’t be fair to take content from the main game or charge extra for the second campaign. That’s why the "Searching For Balance" scenario and all the events we've prepared will be available from day one in the full version! Instead, if you want to support us, you can buy optional DLCs that won’t affect your gameplay experience in any way!🪐
