Player strength inceases/decreases

What exactly effects players increase/decrease likelyhood? I had a player I bought at 3.3 improve 1.4 to 4.7 in league 8 allowing me to dominate, but most of the time no one ever increases more than 0.1 or 0.2 and at the end of the year they all tend to drop in strength. How can I effect this more/how can I tell who is going to increase?...

Error while trying to load game on 1920*1680

error while trying to start game on full mode 1920*1680 with message unable to create 3d scene. anyone has the same problem? devs can you help?
