I bought this game cuz I always see it on sale, and I saw the sequel just came out, so I wanted to know what this game is all about and I'm genuinely so glad I gave it a try. It's crazy to me that this game came in 2018 because it looks SO pretty, everything about the presentation is perfect, the gameplay is simple and satisfying, and the main story really gets you on your toes, when you make a wrong decision, it really puts you on edge because it can cost you everything.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing for the other scenarios the game offers, the main story line is very engaging, but the side content is just very mediocre, I didn't find myself caring for the new objectives, they just weren't as compelling as trying to keep families alive. While the gameplay is diverse, the side stories left me pretty disappointed.

But honestly the main story alone is worth grabbing this game, it's definitely up there with games like Papers Please.
