its an ok game MP but i only remember there being 2 DM levels. The mp was an obvious afterthought.

i never played Q or UT, but i think Painkiller have faster movement vs Reflex

you living in Australia, so you ping will be probably unplayable on Italy & Russia servers
and Painkiller have very small community :/ maybe 1/8 community Reflex
I actually came back to the game here on Steam and played it for quite a few hours before moving on. It's still and lot of fun, even today. I owned two different copies, I bought it way back when it was first released on a CD not DVD, so it was that long ago and I own the game on Steam.
I think there were attempted remasters but they never lived up to the original and they flopped.
