Русский язык как включить?

Тупейший вопрос,на уровне аутизма но как русский язык включить? Играл полтора года на инглише и таки решил посмотреть как все обстоит на русском а где переключить язык так и не нашел,смотрели и в игре и в стиме но так и не нашел.
Подскажите плез а то туплю сильно.

IITWLLII -ES- has Street Fighter V

To change the in-game menu / interface language
from system-defaults to russian for example:
press the button combination: Windows Key + R

paste the following line:
%LocalAppData%\StreetFighterV\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

open or create a file called
Engine.ini
with your text editor (like notepad)

and modify the content so it looks like this:

[Core.System] Paths=../../../Engine/Content Paths=../../../StreetFighterV/Content Paths=../../../Engine/Plugins/Runtime/CriWare/Content [Internationalization] Culture=ru

save your modifications

start SFV
