Hi there! I left a comment saying it would be great to be able to turn the items while holding them, and was asked to explain because (and I'm very embarrassed) it's apparently already in the game! It did not occur to me to test if that worked with keyboard/mouse first and I apologize. However, I have some physical limitations to where I cannot use keyboard/mouse for an extended period of time, and so I can only really play games with a controller. I should have tested K/M first before making that comment,...
