bugfix: getting stuck in ceiling if you unball into charge at the right time, now you get pushed out if you overcharge

completely changed a puzzle
made another puzzle more consistent
fixed some sfx on getting a certain thing
fixed a sound playing too much
fixed a visual thing after doing a thing ( specific)

max physics steps per frame lowered from 8-> 2 ( this should prevent less frameskips and have slowdown instead, preventing less errors )
lowered max physics steps per frame to 1 for compatibility
minor tweaks to settings
added buffer after dialogue finish so you don't always swing your bat
made initialization of settings different for AB swap so it won't screw up if off
reversed afterimage setting ( because I made a mistake that it is off by default)

Exceedingly fun!
The art is cute, the music is enjoyable, and the dialogue is pretty funny.
The momentum in this game has celeste vibes, where it feels like there's hundreds of potential movement techs that are just waiting to be discovered.
At least in these early stages, the dev is active in troubleshooting and fixing any bugs you may find as well, which is a huge positive.

It feels like it throws you into the deep end sometimes but if you flail around enough a hint may fall out of the sky and get you back on track.

Loading screen won't disappear

I started a new save file and now after continuing any save file, the loading screen graphic never disappears. The game loads just fine and I can even move around and enter the escape menu and main menu, but it's all obscured by the loading screen. This is quite unfortunate as I can no longer play the game DX...

Have some very weird visual artifacting

game closes instantly upon opening

this game uses godot 4.3 right? then i would assume its not using the compatibility rendering back end, cause thats the only one that works on my computer. if its not too much trouble could you make a beta branch that uses the compatibility rendering backend?...
