This is pure early aughts Euro-trash adventure game at its worst. The insane control scheme, the less than fun combat, the ridiculous plot... all pure garbage. BUT... I love the voice actor's familiar soothing tones from other (better) games of that era. His range goes from mildly amused to slightly bored and back again in an instant. I've looked at the forums on how to manually change the resolution in the game .ini however this always gets undone or reversed because every time I start the game it always requests what resolution you want and it can not be ignored. So if I select any resolution so that I can just simply start the game I have to set a resolution which ends up being contrary to the one I'm trying to force in the ini settings. Thanks for any assistance....

Seems like a nice game. for higher resolutions, navigate to \Steam\steamapps\common\Curse The Eye of Isis Change "game.ini" res to a 4:3 resolution and make sure your scaling is on aspect ratio, then launch the game from the Curse exe Playing at 1920x1440 ...

i cant play it for a single time without the controls resetting, triggers in cutscenes dont work, i finally managed to get to the temple at the end and the secret door victoria gets stuck behind breaks meaning i cant progress at all.
