I found myself unable to push through heavy mob density without the healer guardian. Used Reeza with the entanglement equipped for 2 hours straight & admired all the tiny critters putting in work, so far it's my favorite setup.

Seems pretty slow until you start to upgrade movement speed back in town (durrr). The camera is too zoomed in & there needs to be an option to view the full minimap. Not because I would use it but because I don't have an option to...

Visual & performance wise, the game looks & runs great but the interface could use some work. Tidy up the indicators for casting guardian's spells & integrating some various options for UI scaling/colorization.

Overall good work by the Devs. I look forward to placing more time into this game.

It's a very cool idea and it's a nice roguelike for people who like summoner-style builds. The game does need a bit of tweaking number/balance-wise though, as I found some guardians to be far superior to others (cloned Nipper with lifesteal is just unstoppable).

One issue I had with it was when I reached the slime boss level, the game required me to survive 20 minutes before I was transported to the boss. The problem is that I had already explored the whole level within the first 7-8 minutes, meaning there was nothing to do but stand around and wait. I also reached max level at around the 15 minute mark, so after that I didn't even level up any more either. The game's progression is clearly better suited for shorter, objective based runs, and I think having these "survive for X minutes" objectives are a bad idea.

Has potential, but it's not being reached here.
Hand drawn is nice and all, but hit boxes act weird.
Nice premise for monster control, but people making these games keep forgetting upgrade paths need to be interesting.
Increasing a percent of something is easy, but it's boring.
Will check it out again in the future, but for now, there are much better games in the genre.
