Possible fix for 'splash screen is not responding' / game not starting.

Quick and dirty guide since I found a fix for my issue that might apply to other situations as the devs seem to only answer with 'check drivers' to all those who reported this issue as far back as last year.

is this worth $4.40 during the sale?

apparently I missed a -90% discount where it was merely $2.19 in June so it's tempting to wait for that. I had asumed by the name it would be a roguelite but seems like more of a platformer. Also why's it say it's a "weekend deal" if it's lasting until august 18th? That's an entire week...

Keep crashing when I starting the game

I just brought the Rogue Stormers and going to play it on my PC, but it keep crashing when I starting the game, what can I do? I don't want to refund it because it seems a great game.
