The environment and visual effects have undergone significant upgrades, making every encounter feel intense and sinister. From gloomy forests to blood-stained plains, each location now pulsates with dark energy.

And YES! Blood effects have finally arrived! Vanquish your foes and spill their blood in honor of your dark ambitions. While blood fades over time, higher Onslaught Levels make it linger, allowing you to literally paint the battlefield crimson! 🩸

Vespera Darkmoon: The Dark Ranger

Once a trusted commander of the Shadow Blades, Vespera Darkmoon was betrayed and left for dead by the King of Arkenmarsh. Now she harnesses forbidden magic and precise combat skills, striking from the shadows to exact her revenge. Wielding deadly Shadowgrasp Daggers and unleashing curses, Vespera cripples enemies and masters the battlefield with devastating waves of dark magic.

The Dark Ascendant
A mysterious being rumored to have arrived from a bleak future, the Dark Ascendant is shrouded in mystery and immense demonic power. Armed with Hellfire and Dark energy, he obliterates enemies with explosive force and precision. Harness the fury of his dark abilities and leave nothing but devastation in your wake.

And while we're confident that the number of new villains is two, whispers speak of something...darker. What could these dark rumors mean? Only time (or your discovery) will tell...


Each run now concludes with a detailed scoring screen, rating your villainous performance. Earn valuable rewards such as Coins and Magical Stones based on your score, perfect for upgrading your

Even without the new game mode, some of its core features have been infused into the main game experience. Obelisks now appear throughout your runs:

Permanent Obelisks: Stackable small permanent buffs enhancing your villain.

Temporary Obelisks: Powerful temporary buffs, with effects amplified further through Tarot Card upgrades.

These Obelisks provide strategic depth and flexibility in building your villain, adapting to every situation.

To help you better strategize and learn from your triumphs (and missteps), we've introduced the Run History & Detailed Stats feature. You can now:

Track your recent runs for every villain.

Analyze detailed statistics, from builds to kill counts.

Perfect your strategies based on past performance!


Enhanced Minimap: Improved visibility and detailed map overlays.

Tarot Card Rebalancing: More strategic choices and flexible upgrades.

Refined UI: Significant improvements for smoother navigation and clarity.

Sound Overhaul: All-new sound effects for almost every event, making battles even more immersive.

As previously announced, the new game mode initially planned for this update has been delayed—we’re committed to shipping only content we truly believe in. A New Look for a Darker World 🌑
This update brings a major visual overhaul to the game! Prepare to venture into a completely redesigned map with richer environments, enhanced visual effects, and yes—actual blood effects!
Vanquish your enemies and paint the map crimson in the name of the dark gods. The blood effects fade over time, but the higher your Onslaught Level, the longer they stay—giving you the chance to transform the world into your own personal bloodbath. 🩸

Two (?) new playable Villains have emerged from the shadows, each with their own sinister abilities and dark aspirations. For the first time ever, you can unleash their power in this Open Beta!

Once a proud member of the Shadow Blades, Vespera Darkmoon was betrayed by the King of Arkenmarsh, forcing her down a dark path of vengeance. Embracing forbidden powers, she now strikes from the shadows with lethal precision—cursing her enemies and wielding dark magic to tear apart the forces of good.

Her Shadowgrasp Daggers inflict curses that weaken enemies, while her Black Arrows mechanic releases devastating waves of dark energy. Whether you prefer to cripple foes from afar or unleash a torrent of curses, Vespera's talents offer a deadly toolkit for any aspiring villain. 🌑🏹

A powerful demonlord whose origins are cloaked in mystery, the Dark Ascendant is said to wield the power of hell itself. Scholars whisper that he may be a harbinger from the future, bringing knowledge of dark arts unseen in this world.

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Scoring System at the end of each run! Not only will this give you a chance to show off your villainous skills, but it also comes with rewards based on your performance—because what’s the point of causing chaos if you can’t bask in the spoils? 🏆

Obelisks and Dark Offerings now appear throughout the map, offering buffs to enhance your dark prowess.

Dark Offerings: Provide small, stackable buffs that last the entire run.
Temporary Obelisks: Offer powerful, time-limited boosts that can be further enhanced with Taro Card upgrades.


We know that true power lies in learning from past victories—and defeats. That’s why we’re thrilled to unveil the Run History & Detailed Stats feature! 📊 Whether you want to analyze your latest run or just bask in the sheer number of enemies you’ve annihilated, we’ve got you covered.

The new Run History tab allows you to view a complete log of your latest runs for every character! This means you can:

Review the Last Runs: Dive back into the chaos and see how each villain fared.
Track Character Progress: See which villain dominates the leaderboards (or needs a bit more practice).
Compare Performance: Identify which abilities and upgrades worked best!
No more guessing which build led to that glorious victory (or embarrassing defeat). It’s all right there in your history.

Minimap Upgrades: New map overlays and enhanced icons to help you navigate the darkness.
Tarot Card Improvements: Expanded flexibility and new options to build even deadlier combos.
UI Enhancements: A cleaner, more intuitive interface for all your dark deeds.
Sound Design: Sound effects...a whole bunch of unique sounds effects for (almost) every occasion, no matter how destructive!
