Bug: cannot buy city first round

playing against AI, get to first city build in first turn, if the AI has picked your starting city to build on, you cannot build any cities, the game will let you select them but because it is still level 1, you cannot have 2 houses on the same city and just voids your purchase, thus you end up with no houses....

Bug: won't launch on macOS

This game won't launch on my 2017 MacBook Pro (Dual-Core Intel i7 running macOS Ventura 13.7). I'm given two launch options, both of which say "Play Power Grid". Selecting the first option causes the app to crash immediately and selecting the second one tells me "You need to have JAVA installed on your Mac", which I'm not really interested in doing....
