The version on GOG contains all the DLC and is moddable. Apparently the steam version is missing the DLC and is not moddable to the same extent. Why is this? Apparently the difference between V on each platform is smaller, mainly just the installer on Steam only works online, but the III HD edition on Steam has lots of differences to the actual game which make it inferior?
