[Hotfix] Update v 1.4.1

This patch addresses issues with the New Year event introduced in version 1.4, fixing a discovered UI bug and implementing several minor gameplay improvements.

Fixes and updates

The CRT effect no longer appears when the corresponding setting is disabled
The introductory dialogue no longer plays during repeat visits to the same location within a single game session
The end-game message now also appears after successfully completing the event
End-game messages are now localized based on the selected language

Did you seriously think no one would ask Ded Moroz (the Slavic counterpart of Santa Claus, if something) to sort out the situation in Kitay-gorod on New Year’s Eve? Big mistake.

Hop on a sleigh and get ready to fight back with something that isn’t an empty can or bottle, for the first time in Scary Horror history! All you need to do is find the festive tree somewhere in Kitay-gorod.

Fixes and updates

Added support for Xbox gamepads
Missing hitboxes for environment objects have been added in some locations
Fixed a bug that allowed the Scary Horror game window to stretch uncontrollably in certain locations when running in windowed mode
Fixed a bug that caused opponent scores to display in the wrong position after returning from the pause menu
The credits have been updated
Something hidden before can now be revealed...
