Does this have offline solo play?

So if you join someone mid game the next level up they get will result in locking the game as you aren't ready to level up and the host is waiting for you to be finished leveling up. Also if you start the game together it appears that there is a way to happen randomly. Host leveled and was doing level up things, my game paused without even doing the popup but my xp was identical to the hosts and it would appear that I did level but didn't get the screen... Once again game hangs on host waiting for other c...

can't play solo without exposing yourself and network? gimme a break. registry entries changes...yeah maybe in Haiti
