How can I enable Russian teams (e.g. Avtodor) in EuroLeague or EuroCup?

Hi developers, I noticed that Russian teams like Avtodor, CSKA, and Zenit are not appearing in international competitions like EuroLeague or EuroCup in PBM 2025. I understand this reflects real-world restrictions, but I’d like to lift the ban manually for a custom save. I’m using the Real Names Mod and the Data Editor.
