Game folder is still : Cyborg City 1.0.11 My other Steam games have updated ok. I tried the steam settings cache and steam repair things. I checked the folder is not read only. Re-verified 5 times. Tried deleting and re-downloading the game but it downloads 1.0.11 folder again. It's supposed to be Cyborg City 1.0.14 . edit: Also ,not a good way to update games. It's a complete game folder removal and then a full new download with a new inner folder name ,not very efficient. edit: Problem fixed in last up...

Had to use mini-gun to defeat final boss. For some reason the 4th weapon you get at the end would aim but never fire.
