cant run this game on my computer

for some reason it wont even boot or run i tried deleting it and tried to find new version of scummvm, nothing seemed to work. anyone have a way to run this? i see no exe files ether i payed the full price for this and think if u pay for a game u should be able to run them? anyone have any issues like my own? I am running windows 7 with a CoreI5 and 4 gigs of ram.. Dont think this matters so much.. figured i put this.....

Odd bug

Whenever i try to play the game's mouse keeps running to a corner. even in the normal emulator this was packaged with. I really need help. I just wanna pick up a bonus puzzle piece.
