Account Creation
Why is the account creation giving me infinite captcha? And it's not even those muiltiple images captcha. Seriously? Do they not want people to play their game? Do I need to sail the high seas just to play this game? This is very stoopid and unnecessary.

Edit: And now when I press Create Account, it's not even proceeding to the next process anymore. Tried it on different browsers with cleared cache and even on the app itself. No luck.

Is it Ubisoft account that you cannot create? Are you still experiencing this issue?

Yes, and it still won't let me create even now. The captcha system is just horrendous. Even the steam captcha system isnt this bad.

What I ended up doing was I tried recovering a very old account, and the captcha system hindered it. If you can do anything about it, please let me know.

Thanks for explaining.
That's an odd situation. I haven't seen such reports from our users yet.
What device are you trying to create an account on? What operating system does it have?

Did you try a different device? A mobile phone, a tablet?

Account creation process is critical for our players and if there was a widespread issue like this, we would be quickly made aware of it.
