Despite English installation, the game is still in Japanese and cannot be set in the game

Anyone know how to unlock all the scenes, I seem to be missing 2 scenes, one for the characters and one for the actual scenes

I've seen this game before so I wonder if the game has a patch, so far I haven't seen anything related to it in the comment section of. I know most Studio S games usually either have a patch or are censored, so I'd like know before I purchse if you get the uncensored experience, or if there is no patch and all the content that would in the japanese version is included....
