Full Revitalization

The Vault has been completely revitalized. You can expect the following changes:

You can now register your own account, using any username you wish.
The help menus, assistance menus, and other menus have been completely recreated.
Complete graphical overhaul.
Prompts can now be updated without the application updating.
Users are now able to send messages to each other; this includes verified accounts (accounts considered to be a part of other timelines, or "canon" users).
More to be discovered, yet.

The number of logins has more than doubled.
The text interface has been updated to be faster when searching.
HELP menu has been updated.
Administration functions have been modified slightly.
