Things that are censored: *2-4 H related scenes for each of the 5 heroines and associated dialogue. Quite lengthy omissions. This dialogue never received an official translation so restoration may take some time for those who may plan to do it. Edit: There are also many localization type issues that people have pointed out in this thread that could be fixed with a Restoration Patch. -Images being upscaled and cropped. -Mistranslations or purposeful localization dialogue changes...

I am waiting for a Restoration Patch for Kanon on Steam that restores the Mature content from the original 1999 Edition of Kanon, I will buy it once it is added. Also, the 4:3 Aspect Ratio option doesn’t seem to be present in this version which is a bummer because everything is cropped to be in Widescreen, i want the original classic feel of Kanon, pairing that with a Restoration Patch would make this truely definitive and complete....

Do some people really find this appealing?

Kanon was originally intended for Adult Audiences when it released back in 1999 for PC, It contained some Not Very Appropriate Content (I ended up finding that out by mistake on my original copy without knowing, all i knew was Kanon was made by Key) Will this version exclude those Erotic content? If so i ask it be offered via a Patch on the Publishers website like with most VN’s intended for Adults do on Steam (These Patches restore Erotic scenes that are cut from the Steam releases)...

Which Version of Kanon is this? All Ages or Standard?
