The game does not start once installed. You start playing and it stops without starting anything. Does anyone have an idea?

Hello, im playing for 2 hours now. Got every building i need. But only 2 houses upgraded and im not unlocking new buildings. Tax is low and i got bricks tools and wood. What am i doing wrong ?Already got 200 residents now and a ton of houses. Got wool and a tanery , food and church. Everything they need and they are happy but not upgrading. Please someone help me....

i played tons of games. also Anno games before. i can start it completly normal because other comlained here in the forum. BUT i cannot build an office/kontor. i tryed to spin it in other way maybe then but it still wont work.. i tryed going to another ireland but still not. and i am not able to go back to the menü. wtf is that? i have to alt+f4 or end the prozess.....

Anno 1404 HE works fine. the other 3 don't...
