When i install this game,it finished immediately,then i have no file in the folder. Game file check and re-installing is not working. What should i do?

For some reason i cant unlock the end section of the game even though i have unlocked all the achievements, skills/postures and replayed the game 3 times. i have completed the zen modes and have touched every single pixel in this game but it still wont highlight the end section. can someone please help me solve this issue to help me unlock the end section....

The first time I loaded the game it started on normal resolution, 1920x1080, but everytime after it's started in 900x700. Great game, just think a resolution scale would be nice.
