The first update is live! It brings a gaggle of bugfixes and minor improvements, particularly for macOS and Linux, plus four new characters with their own unique modifiers.

• 'Red' Rosa Lee is your girl if you rely on Saloons for recruiting. As a fortune teller, she can also work in Saloons for extra gold.
  
• If you prefer to take the Governor's office by force, you might prefer Kitty Carstars. Raids & gunfights are her specialty!
  
• Sheriff Sanders is the new lawman in town; unlike other law-abiding characters you can play, he's particularly good at recruiting new deputies.
  
• and finally, Hardball Harry always wanted to join the army, but just couldn't stand the uniform. He gets extra dread when enlisting at forts, but unlike an ordinary soldier he can still outlaw it up when he wants.

And yes, the loading screen hints are (finally) back!

That's all for now, but expect another (free, obviously) update to drop in a couple of weeks. I'm building that update around a handful of tricky new quests & associated starting perks. The current quests are all themed around various out-of-context political quotes, and the last few weeks of US politics has provided...fertile ground for some light satire.

In addition to the new characters and their special attributes, this update will bring a bunch of little fixes and improvements that folks have been suggesting. In the meantime, keep those wagons rolling!
