Can't Connect
Boyfriend bought me this game but every time we try to start a game it doesn't load me in. Seems to just not let me get any further than the lobby. Does anyone else have this issue?

when you are referring to the lobby, do you mean the main menu? or the area with the green screens?

Like when we hop into the elevator to start the game it disconnects us but we have no issue joining each other in the lobby where we get to pick our items and sponsor.
