Update Version 102 Now Live

General:

Fixed an issue with the backup system that could occasionally crash. This bug manifested as the game becoming unresponsive immediately after performing an action.
Fixed total time played display when exceeding 24 hours on the “Thank You” screen at the end of the game.
Fixed a bug where the hint line was not properly destroyed.
Minor bug fixes and tweaks.
- Adjusted collider sizes for improved handling.

Updated texts (English, Czech).
Graphics tweaks.

The game has been decent puzzle game so far but there is one obnoxious puzzle and its driving with the boat. Why you put such a puzzle in the game!!???!!!! Update Version 101 Now Live

General:

Added version code indicator in main menu (bottom-left corner).
Added Chapter Select. It shows the chapters you can currently play.
Fixed phantom scrolling in menus. Users now need to press a D-pad button to activate the gamepad.
Fixed bugged sound when completing an item.
Fixed disabled hints becoming enabled.
Added indication for the next level of hints.
Steam Deck - changed default runtime from Proton to native Linux.
Minor bug fixes and tweaks.
- Improved crash handling when there isn’t enough disk space.
- Black bar text can now be canceled with left-click and right-click.
- Narrative options can now be selected with click-and-drag/drop.
- Updated GUI layout: black bar text, tutorials.

Chapter: Personal Office of Nikola Tesla

Tweaked game flow (models, colliders, movement).
Simplified the final minigame.

Chapter: Tesla Factory - Ground Floor

Fixed pipe maze minigame solution and visual hint.

Since launch, we've been closely following your feedback, both positive and negative. We know that some of you have faced frustrating bugs and design issues, and we want to be open about how we're addressing them. Your comments and reviews are directly shaping the improvements we are making, and we are committed to ensuring the game matches your expectations. We know how important it is that the puzzles, pace, and overall flow live up to the legacy of our past titles, and your feedback is helping us move in that direction.

The team has already deployed two updates: one on Friday along with verified support for Steam Deck, and another on Saturday. But we're not stopping there. Over the next few weeks, we're focusing on key fixes and improvements to gameplay to make the experience more enjoyable.

Ongoing Roadmap Based on Your Feedback

With the release of Update 101, you'll find a build number displayed in the lower part of the main menu screen. This number will help us identify the specific version of the game you're playing. When submitting feedback or reporting an issue, please include this number.

Planned improvements for Update 101 are as follows, please check the patch notes:

GUI adjustments:

Visual and audio notification when a Hint is ready
Black Bar text can now be confirmed with left-click anywhere on the screen

Cutscene mini-games:

Text selection via click

Office:

Minor graphical improvements for better navigation
Highlighting of certain interactive elements
Simplified final puzzle

Minor graphical tweaks for better navigation
More significant graphical updates to parts of the welding machine to improve understanding of the welding programming
Lighting adjustments for easier navigation in the scene

Cup puzzle adjusted for better clarity of its principle
Statue and lighting adjustments

The boat that killed the game

I asked a refund of the game and I did not get the refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why the game has puzzles that ruins the game when the refund time has been exceeded???? I am forever stuck in the game because of the design of the puzzles!!!!!!! Developers, enjoy my money that I cannot get back!! I will not play the game ever again!!...

The puzzles just aren't very fun. I played the entire Davinci series and loved it. i was really excited for this game, but its just not doing it for me. First off, I don't use hints. I'm not saying the puzzles are too hard. I'm just saying in general, they aren't very fun, and too often are annoying. By annoying I mean that I end up solving them without totally grasping what it is that I'm supposed to be doing, or sometimes the puzzle design seems to have no connection to the task you are trying to accomplish. For example The color matching puzzle on top of the train felt particularly random. Another one was the button puzzle to get the book to slide out of the bookshelf. Its possible I missed some indicator of the correct order, but otherwise solving it just felt like random button presses with no process for finding the solution except for trying random combos until it worked. I also absolutely hate the long cutscenes with the multiple choice "quizzes". The controls can also be frustrating. more than once, I've had to reload because the component I'm manipulating in my inventory gets turned in an orientation that is useless, and gets stuck there, even if you leave your inventory and go back in. This was a huge problem with the circuit cards on the train. They kept getting stuck edge on. I haven't completed the game yet, but I've no real desire to play it any further at the moment. A shame, because I love this type of game, and wish they were more common.

Some puzzles are so tedious it makes it into a total snooze-fest and don't really want to continue on.

Tries to shoe horn a story into the gameplay. Yet there is not even a character. The movement is a weird move through preset screens. Boring overall. Who wants dry puzzles one after another may like it. But way boring comparing to likes of Agatha Christie - Poirot.

[BUG] Ball bearing weight puzzle?

Moving weight to the right side of the sliding board does nothing. Moving it to the left tips everything left. So there is no way to progress the puzzle it seems.

[BUG] Game defaults to controller button prompts when no controller is active

Just started a fresh game, all of the initial tutorial button prompts are all referencing controller inputs even though no controller is plugged in or active. When no controller is active the expectation is that PC controls will be shown to the player
