8 hours in and All i can think of is he is speaking of the Words made up for the story.
In all fairness they do not explain most of these words. They just use them, and sometimes the context of the sentence can let us imply the meaning. But just as often the word is used and I hae no idea what it means.
So in that respect. Yeah it is a little annoying. But for me it makes me curious what the etomolgy of the word is... But it would be nice if there was a codex.... Wait.. Isn't there? I coudl swear the kickstarter goal for a codex was reached... Maye I just missed it in the menus?
Anyways, beyond the new words specific to the world. I do not see many fancy words being used in this game. So I infer OP is referring to the new words, and maybe did not realize they were made up. (Read Anathem by Neal Stephenson for 2000 pages of made up words.)
Are you saying that they've been doing that a lot more than I realised?
Interesting! I did not know this. And it means, "Night and Day" roughly, just like the creature.
If you are going to try to insult me, it helps to actually read what I wrote first. Given that I explicitly stated I was an avid reader, I fail to understand how you came to the conclusion that I don't like to read. But thanks for playing.
If you're an avid read then you shouldn't have a problem coming across words you don't know. To me the two go hand in hand and I'm not sure how someone who enjoys reading is opposed to learning more words.
