Как исправить, что не работает игра в онлайн?

Sometimes a character whose both hands are full can't go to the left, but still can easily walk up, down, or right. This is incredibly frustrating and seems to be either a bizarre game design choice or a persistent lag issue. Can you please explain why this happens and if it's the lag, provide a solution to fix it? I'm using the keyboard with the default key settings. It's disrupting my gameplay experience.
