yes i have done that meney times and i have also tried other methods and still does not work :(
First thing I'd suggest is to reinstall the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 package: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
After the install, restart your computer and try LiteCam again. If the problem still persists, then try the suggestions below.
It could be that something with your Windows update (or part of it) was corrupted. In a lot of cases after a big Windows update, if some software seems it doesn't want to run properly, or gives errors or crashes, it may have to do with a problem with the NET Framework.
So I might suggest to try using the NET Framework Repair Tool:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=30135
Be patient as it can take a while to fully do the scan and repair anything it finds not working or not installed.
Also, have your graphic-drivers up-to-date as well.
If after that it's still not working, then I'm not sure what else to suggest other than contacting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LiteCam Support.
https://www.litecam.net/en/
Click on "Support" on the top, then "Submit a request" button.
Good luck.
