I'm in the 1939 German campaign and these seem like super units. Both armor and infantry get chewed up attacking them.

So, statistics and probability, strings of luck, I get it. I was reading a walkthrough on the Allied campaign where the author said "he rerolled casablanca for a SE P-47" I've gotten SE units in other campaigns... but I didn't get one here. No problem. 1. Is it better to attack the artillery or the AA guns around a city first ? 2. If i have 3 artillery guns is it better to shoot each target around a city once or to shoot 1 target 3 times ? Thanks..

I understand prestige gains in a scenario are reduced when your deployed army's average prestige is over 400 per slot. The penalty starts at 80% (?) and can get as severe as 20% normal earned prestige. 1. How fast does the penalty increase --i.e. what average army prestige triggers a 20% normal cap? 2. Are the cost of transports included in a unit's contribution to the soft cap calculation? Will limiting those zippy 250/1's help in controlling unit cost creep?
